I get it. Today we wear many hats, in high-stressed environments. At the end of the work day, we have to go home, manage the house, with barely any “self” time left to spare. I too, know what this feels like. I am an a mother of 3, and like so many others, I often go home at the end of the day completely tapped out physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I understand the importance of making time to cater to myself. When we’re emotionally bankrupt, we’re not going to perform our best. Period. Maximizing one’s “me” time Is vita. Outer success always starts with inner success. Nothing speaks to me more than an inviting home at the end of the day, a glass of red wine, nice aromas, and candlelight. Such an environment makes the problems of the day miniscule in comparison to the feeling of being on top of the world.
Since family is so important to me, I began to play around with the letters of my kids' names along with my own. From that concept, Ten Candle Collection was born. I didn’t stop there. In that dimly lit room, while sipping on a bottle of wine, I began to think of what was valuable to me: Keeping my family heritage, feeling luxurious, and leaving behind a legacy for my children.
